Crafting the Visual Voice of Liguria’s Tech Ecosystem
RAISE Liguria is a large-scale initiative supported by leading institutions such as the University of Genova, the Liguria Region, and the European Union. The project focuses on building a technological ecosystem around Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. I helped No Panic in taking part in a design competition for the rebranding of RAISE Liguria, and after winning, we were entrusted with developing the new brand identity and its advertising system.

Modularity in Motion: A Visual System for RAISE
One of the main challenges was to create a visual system able to clearly organize the five internal projects of RAISE, known as “spokes.” The solution was an adaptable identity built on modular graphic units, flexible, scalable elements derived from the dot of the “R” in the RAISE logo. These modules function as building blocks: dynamic, easy to arrange, and consistent across all formats, from digital platforms to printed communication.
Colors & Typography
The color palette was reinterpreted from the previous identity, reshaped with a contemporary approach and enhanced by a dark mode aesthetic, emphasizing a tech-driven and forward-looking atmosphere.
Typography plays a crucial role in the new system: the combination of Onest and Space Mono delivers a balance between modern minimalism and technical precision, perfectly matching the engineering-driven tone of voice of the project.
